Shae Weight is a mentor at Cascade and is currently in her senior year at Utah Valley University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Family Science. Raised in sunny Southern California, Shae feels at home by the ocean and often heads to the beach to recharge and enjoy the waves.

She loves cooking and experimenting with flavors inspired by her travels. Some of her favorite adventures have been exploring Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines, where she gained new perspectives on culture, food, and people.

Shae brings her warmth, curiosity, and creativity to her work with students, supporting them with patience and encouragement. She enjoys helping students explore their strengths, try new things, and build confidence in a positive and nurturing environment.
