Lily Valadez was born and raised across northern Utah but has spent most of her life in the Heber/Midway area, where she has found a true sense of home. In her free time, Lily can often be found outdoors or enjoying music and food with friends. An adventurous spirit, she took up skydiving to face her fears, and it quickly became one of her greatest passions.

Lily is deeply dedicated to helping young women build confidence and resilience as they navigate challenges with anxiety, OCD, and other personal obstacles. Her experience supervising at a center for neurodiverse students strengthened her commitment to supporting others and expanded her skills in de-escalation, empathy, active listening, and adaptability.

She studied at Utah State University and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in health science at Utah Valley University. Lily brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work and is excited to continue empowering others to overcome their fears and discover their strengths.
