Residential Life

Daily Life at Cascade Academy

A day here balances clinical work, school, movement, and rest on purpose. We structure the day to lower anxiety and build habits your daughter can take home. Every block on the schedule serves one of those two goals.

"Whatever our students are going to do at home, they need to practice while at Cascade Academy."

Practice for Real Life

As students progress, they step back into the community on purpose: jobs, music lessons, horseback riding, and sports. Each activity is a supported exposure and a chance to prove to herself that she can do hard things outside campus.

Home as the Base Layer

Students live in a residential setting in Midway, Utah, surrounded by the Heber Valley. Healthy sleep, real meals, movement outdoors, and consistent adults form the base layer of treatment before any session starts.
